DUSTIN JOHN FLOWERS

Dustin Flowers holds a Bachelors Degree in Internal Auditing for the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Since 2017, he has been working as an English Teacher in China. Dustin lives in Changshu, China with his partner.

As a graduate student, Dustin worked as a teaching assistant at his university. He assisted lecturers by tutoring first years in computers. This is where his passion for teaching began.

In 2017, he began his teaching career by moving to China, and working as an ESL teacher in a training center. Here is where he learned the valuable building blocks of being a teacher. Since 2017, he has frequently changed jobs trying to learn more about teaching, and himself along the way. The skills and core competencies he values most are: compassion, patience, and finding innovative ways to get the best out of his students.
